Delivery methods, times and costs

When placing your order, you'll be able to choose from 4 different delivery methods:
- Standard delivery
- Express delivery
- Overnight delivery
- Store Pickup: Longchamp also offers the option of collecting your online order free of charge from the Longchamp store of your choice.The following will be shipped via Ground services only and cannot be sent Express or Overnight:
- Orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico
- Orders of Suitcases
When making your purchase, select Collect in Store and choose the store where you'd like it to be delivered. We'll send you an email once your order is ready for collection. You will have ten (10) calendar days to come and pick up your parcel, effective from your reception of the email confirming your package's arrival at the Longchamp Boutique. We kindly ask that you come to your chosen Longchamp Store with a valid piece of original ID and your order number.

All Ground orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days. Express and Overnight orders must be placed before 12:00 PM EST Monday-Friday to ship out the same day, this excludes holidays.

Orders placed on Longchamp.com/us/ may only ship within the United States including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. If you would like to ship to another country, please modify your web browser to your desired country at the bottom left side of the page.
Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Box, APO/FPO, or Freight Forwarding company addresses. We require a physical street address for the delivery of our products. Please provide a valid residential or business address for accurate delivery, this ensures secure and timely shipping to your designated location.
