RETURN & EXCHANGES
To make a return, all items must be unworn/unused and in the original condition as received, with labels attached, within 30 days of the transaction.
Returns must include the original invoice and be made in the country of purchase.
Purchases made through our retailers (such as department stores, airport or Longchamp outlet) are not eligible for returns or exchanges at our full price boutiques or to our online store.
Personalized items (My Pliage) are final sale and cannot be returned.

SHIP YOUR RETURN

Returns are free within 30 days by mail. You can receive your UPS return label via email using our self-service portal.

HOLIDAY SEASON
During the holiday season, all online and in-store purchases made between November 28 and December 25 are eligible for an extended return and exchange period until January 25.
CLICK & COLLECT
Order ahead and pick up from your local Longchamp boutique within three (3) hours or 2-3 business days, depending on product availability.
GIFT WRAPPING
Surprise your special someone with a Longchamp gift wrapped in our Heritage Green and Light Green gift wrapping. Make the experience even more personal by including a special note.
To receive gift wrapping, be sure to select the option at checkout and save your changes before placing the order.
Please note sale items do not qualify for gift wrapping.
PERSONALISATION
Create a Pliage that reflects your or your special someone’s personality.
Choose from four (4) iconic shapes and express your creativity on a canvas that can be customized with My Pliage Signature.
Please be aware that delivery for My Pliage personalized orders takes up to 4 to 6 weeks.
HOLIDAY ORDER DEADLINES
During the holiday season, place your personalized My Pliage order by November 24 to receive it by December 24.

AVAILABILITY
On each product page, you'll find a "Check availability in store" feature where you can check if the item you're looking for is available in one or several of our points of sales. We then recommend contacting the Store you've selected to confirm stock information and make a reservation or place a Click and Collect order at check-out.
RESERVATION
Online reservation is not available, but you can use our Click & Collect service by ordering online for in-store pickup. You may also contact your nearest store by phone to reserve the item you're interested in.

Only a purchase made on our official Longchamp.com website, in a Longchamp boutique or from an authorized distributor (concession in a department store or retailer) can guarantee the authenticity of an item.
An original invoice is issued at the time of purchase, whether made online or in one of our stores.
We can neither guarantee nor verify the authenticity of an item bought outside of an official point of sale.
